Overtime, the company shifted its focus to the travel industry, leveraging the CEO's extensive customer service experience with a leading travel company, coupled with a passion for marketing and customer care. This pivot led to the rebranding as Netconcorp Travels.

 The CEO's personal experiences in customer service shaped the company’s values. Stories, like an elderly guest calling late at night because she was denied a hotel room due to a system glitch or guests losing reservations to last-minute groups, inspired a strong commitment to seamless, customer-centric travel experiences.

 Consequently, Netconcorp Travels officially registered as an online travel agency. The company joined Travel Agency Resource Center (TARC) and achieved accreditation with CCRA-TRUE program, enabling partnerships with global hotel suppliers such as Small Luxury Hotels. These collaborations allow bookings in locations like Bequia Hotel in the Grenadines, Nobu Hotel Marrakech, Balecin Hotel in the Philippines, and Acros Suites in Crete. Connections with airline consolidators and local tour operators further provide exclusive discounts and immersive experiences—from remote safaris in Africa and cultural tours in Asia to luxurious destinations in Europe, the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean. 

Despite its late entry into the travel industry, it remains undeterred in its pursuit of establishing a distinguished position within the tourism sector. This challenge serves as a compelling motivator to not only compete but to excel in carving out a unique niche.
